I cut my leadership & management teeth by serving in executive roles in not-for-profit organizations. In the last 15+ years I have been instrumental in helping hundreds of leaders and organizations become the best they can be.

This is what drives and motivates me. It is my goal to stimulate meaningful change in people and organizations. I want to make a transformational difference, helping others succeed in business and life.
If you ask my friends and peers, they would tell you I’m a leadership and productivity nut that reads a lot of books and loves to solve problems, both big and small. I’m passionate about improving; improving both myself and those around me.
Asana & Project Management Consulting
As a certified Asana Service Provider, I offer training and consulting to those who specifically want to excel utilizing the Asana project management platform. Additionally, I offer productivity, management and executive coaching to small business and non-profit leaders. I also occasionally work with local churches to define and strengthen their strategies so they might better reach their local communities.
My Faith And Family
My Faith. I am proud to call myself a Christian. My faith in God is what drives me to serve others and excel wherever I go. My life-purpose is one which I believe I could never fulfill in my own strength.
My Amazing Family. I get to share my days with the most amazing people in the whole world. I am blessed! My family includes my best friend and wife, Becky, two wonderful teens and my two young adult children along with spouse and fiancée.
Other Things I Do. My daily activities and focus goes beyond family, consulting and speaking. I occasionally subcontract as an Asana trainer and consultant with my friends at Project Management Pros.
