Brian Tracy wrote a very simple and great book called, “Eat That Frog.” The premise is simple. Choose to do your most dreaded task at the beginning of your day (rather than the end) and watch your productivity, motivation and contentment skyrocket. You will procrastinate less, and accomplish so much more.
